    Idris Yusuf Ayab is a determined and optimistic First-Class graduate in Forestry and Environment from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. Passionate about combating climate change and biodiversity loss, he has volunteered with NGOs like the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) and the Climate Action Group (CAG), engaging in activism, tree planting, and land restoration. Idris initiated the “Hotoro Goes Green” Project in his community to raise awareness and mitigate climate change. In addition to being a part-time teacher, he co-founded “Rural-Urban Eco-stabilisation” and “Afriregulation,” a nonprofit
    organisation and blog, respectively, dedicated to addressing climate change and biodiversity loss. He firmly believes that through rigorous activism, sustainable practices, strict international laws, and breakthrough research, climate change will be a tale of past. Idris is excited to pursue a Master of International Forestry, confident that this programme will enhance his ability to contribute to a sustainable future. Studying at a world-class university in a serene environment, he is eager to passionately engage in his chosen field to benefit future generations. Idris is a Nigerian.
